Nothing short of a culinary masterpiece, this penne pesto with asparagus and cherry tomatoes wins our heart. We love the hint of nuttiness from the pine nuts. The dish is neither overpowering nor shy, allowing simple ingredients to shine while contributing to the overall harmonious flavour profile.

At first glance, this grilled spring chicken might not win any beauty contest on the plate. However, it proved to be one of the most tender poultry offerings we’ve had the pleasure of tasting. The baby potatoes were a delightful addition to the dish, with a crisp exterior that yielded to a creamy interior.

The bomba rice was pleasingly toothsome, while the squid and octopus leg contributed a tender chewiness. While it might not be awarded the highest accolades due to minor personal preferences, it undoubtedly stands as a testament to the chef’s artistry and creativity.

We like the citrus curd tartlet with torched meringue and mango sorbet. The sorbet’s intense mango essence refreshes the taste buds and provides a cool counterpoint to the warm citrus and meringue elements of the dessert.
